Laura K. Roulier
Laura K. Roulier is a veteran sales agent and former newspaper writer who covered real estate-related issues. Before Compass hit the scene, Laura was a top sales producer and worked for 10 years at the #1 DC brokerage before taking time off to raise her family.
Before returning to real estate, Laura worked as a writer, editor, and social media manager for small businesses. She is a 30-year resident of the DC area, having lived in both Washington, DC and the Maryland suburbs.
Laura is a native of Wisconsin and brings a grounded Midwest sensibility to the job of buying and selling homes. She runs her business with intelligence, humor, and a gentle hand, treating her clients the same as she does her family, friends, and colleagues. Laura has established many lifelong friendships with her buyers and sellers.
Beyond her professional life, Laura is an avid yoga practitioner and gardener and enjoys reading, writing, and traveling. Coffee is a daily necessity; beer and chocolate jockey as her vice of choice. Of her years of volunteerism, serving on school and charitable organizations and boards, Laura most enjoyed her time spent as a DC crisis-hotline volunteer and therapeutic horseback-riding assistant for handicapped and at-risk children.
Laura lives on the DC/Maryland border with her husband, three children, and Goldendoodle, Chester.
