Trot For Hunger 
This annual Turkey Trot event is hosted by So Others Might Eat (SOME). The event benefits the hungry and homeless in DC.

Day: Thanksgiving Day, November 24th
Time: 8:30am Little Turkey Fun Run, 9:00am 5k timed race, 9:15am 5k untimed race

Don’t want to cook? Enjoy a sophisticated Thanksgiving spread at the beautiful Hay-Adams.

Day: Thanksgiving Day, November 24th
Time: 11am – 4pm

A free event, ZooLights is an annual tradition for thousands in DC. A beautiful light show, snowless tubing, a zoo choo-choo train and more!

Day: November 25 to January 1

Miracle on Seventh Street
If the North Pole became a bar, it would be Derek Brown’s Miracle on Seventh Street. Year two of the holiday themed bar commences this Friday, November 25th. Think winter holiday wonderland filled with festive cocktails, a chandelier made of dreidels, mini Christmas trees and more garland than you could imagine.
