Last week we got a sneak peek at the future practice facility for the Washington Wizards, the home court for the Washington Mystics and a future concert venue proposed for the St. Elizabeths Campus in Congress Heights.

The $65 million project features designs by Rossetti Architects and Marshall Moya Design.

Mayor Muriel Bowser hopes that this new facility can do for Congress Heights what the Verizon Center did for Chinatown–create a destination.

The Washington Post has details on how the facility would operate.
